- An online training course taught by a certified instructor
- An online application service center to help you obtain your concealed carry permit more efficiently
The training course is optional but provides valuable information for all applicants. After completing the course, you'll receive a guide explaining the submission process and listing the final documents needed for your New Hampshire State Concealed Carry Permit.
New Hampshire Concealed Carry Permits are available to U.S. residents of eligible states.
To qualify, you must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Not have been declared insane by a court within five years before applying
- Not be subject to a restraining or protective order
- Not have any felony convictions
- Not have been convicted of two or more misdemeanors within five years before applying, if one was a Class 1 misdemeanor
- Not be addicted to marijuana or be an unlawful user or distributor of marijuana
- Not have been dishonorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces
- Not have been convicted of assault, battery, or sexual battery within three years before applying

Yes. New Hampshire issues Concealed Carry Permits to U.S. residents from eligible states. As a non-resident, you'll need to complete the non-resident application and submit it by mail.
Refunds will ONLY be issued if your application is denied specifically due to the training provided by ccwcertified.com. No refunds will be issued for any other reason.

Follow these tips for a quick and seamless application process:
- When asked if you're renewing your NH Non-Resident Concealed Carry Permit:
- Select "True" if renewing
- Select "False" if applying for the first time
- When asked for the "Reason" for applying, we suggest using "Protection" or "ALL PROPER PURPOSES"
- Make sure your Driver License or Identification Card is valid, as this information is required
- If unemployed, write "Unemployed" in all employment-related fields
- After downloading and printing your application, review it carefully, complete all fields, and sign it
- Incomplete applications are likely to be denied
- Mail your completed application with:
- A return envelope with your address and appropriate postage
- Your payment (check, money order, or cashier's check) made payable to: STATE OF N.H. - Treasurer
